MyFLEX Studio Class:

Want to work on your Middle Splits and Pancakes but struggle to make yourself do the workouts, or want a little more help? Join this live online MyFlex Class with Dr. Carlie Huberman that will work on middle splits and straddle positions using end range strengthening and MyFlex exercises/stretches. This 1 hour class will focus on exercises that you would find in the straddle and pike modules of MyFLEX.

 

Price: $10

Class is taught one Wednesday a month at 12:00pm EST. (This class alternates with the Square Splits Class and the Shoulder and Back Flex Class)

Supplies needed: You will need a roller, yoga blocks, a peanut or ball, and a medium strength mini-band loop.

The class will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up at the end of the class.  The recording is available for 7 days.
